Stamping these fittings, as opposed to fabricating them, not only takes less time but more importantly, produces a more accurate and cost-effective fitting. We then stock substantial inventory of these more standard-sized fittings, making them ready to ship immediately, and pass all the savings on to you. This means that American HVAC will not only serve your needs sooner but also provide you a better quality product for a lower price with better customer service than anyone else. At your discretion, we can either consult or oversee the entire design and build process from start to finish and build a deep-draw die tailored to your exact needs and specifications. We can also help you either maintain or restore your die to optimal operating conditions.
